Get ready for a super exciting after-school on Wednesday built around thinking like an engineer. In this experience, you’ll take on hands-on STEM challenges like building bridges and competing to create the tallest towers using simple materials. Each activity is designed to get you thinking, testing ideas, and figuring out what works and what doesn’t.
This program isn’t about getting things right on the first try. It’s about learning how to plan, build, test, and improve. You’ll work in teams, share ideas, and discover how small changes can make a big difference in your designs. Along the way, you’ll build confidence in your ability to solve problems and take on challenges creatively.
There will be multiple stations, and every single one is fast-paced, engaging, and focused on learning by doing. There are more challenges planned that will push your thinking in new ways, giving you the chance to explore different ways engineers approach problems in the real world.
